B.Sc Admission Process

There are two ways through which B.Sc admission in various Indian institutions/universities is done, i.e merit-based and entrance test-based. Some B.Sc institutions offer admissions on the basis of the class XIIth scores of the candidates whereas some other institutions conduct their own entrance exams for the same purpose. In the entrance test-based admission process, the candidates have to sometimes appear in a counseling round or personal interview round, and on the basis of the cumulative score, admissions are granted. Some institutions also offer B.Sc programs in correspondence mode where a few of them conduct entrance tests for admission and some take into account the class 10+2th scores.
